Job Summary

To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated

6. Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern UI frameworks

7. Build scalable and reusable UI components and frontend architectures

8. Integrate frontend applications with backend services and REST APIs

9. Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments

10.Collaborate with UX, backend, and platform teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions

11.Proficiency in Claude Code, API integration, and MCP server integration

  • Design and develop scalable backend services and automation platforms
  • Build cloud‑native microservices using modern frameworks and design patterns
  • Develop and expose REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Proficiency in Claude Code for AI‑assisted development and automation
  • Strong prompt engineering and structured output design skills
  • Experience building agentic workflows using LLMs
  • Hands‑on experience with API integration and MCP server integrationAbility to apply Claude Code in enterprise‑scale platforms and automation solutions

Skill Requirements

 

Frontend Development

  • Strong hands‑on experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component architecture
  • Working experience with Vue.js and component‑based UI development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience building responsive, cross‑browser compatible user interfaces
  • Exposure to modern CSS frameworks and UI styling approaches

Backend Development

  • Strong proficiency in Python with experience using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Hands‑on experience building RESTful backend services and APIs
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture, service communication, and API design principles
  • Experience handling authentication, authorization, and secure API access

Databases

  • Strong experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) including schema design and query optimization
  • Working knowledge of SQL / relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)

DevOps & Tools

  • Proficient in Git and standard version‑control workflows
  • Working knowledge of Docker and basics of containerized application deployments
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and production deployment processes.
