Job Summary

We are looking for a Snowflake Data Architect with strong experience in enterprise data modernization and AI-driven development to help clients establish a modern Snowflake data platform that unifies data, governance, analytics, and intelligent application enablement. In this role, you will lead scalable cloud data architecture, modernize legacy environments, embed intelligence into platform engineering, establish governance standards, and build trusted foundations for advanced analytics and intelligent data products.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern Snowflake architectures using scalable data models, multi-cluster warehouse strategies, secure data sharing, and patterns that support analytics, reporting, and intelligent data products.
•    Lead legacy-to-cloud modernization initiatives, provide technology consulting and architecture leadership, and define target-state Snowflake platform architectures for enterprise transformation programs aligned to client business priorities.
•    Build and govern batch and near-real-time data pipelines using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Snowpark-based engineering patterns.
•    Establish governance, security, lineage, and data quality controls using Snowflake-native capabilities such as RBAC, row and column-level access policies, masking, encryption, and enterprise governance standards, while partnering with client stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes and adoption.
•    Drive AI-driven development on Snowflake by building model-ready data foundations, semantic data structures, vector-ready pipelines, and intelligent data patterns that accelerate analytics, automation, and modern data use cases.
•    Lead production-grade AI-driven implementations using Python, PyTorch, Snowpark, and Snowflake-native capabilities, while managing client stakeholder alignment, enabling executive-level communication, and ensuring delivery focuses on scalable business outcomes across modernization programs.
•    Define and implement security guardrails, access controls, and evaluation/review frameworks to support responsible, measurable, and production-ready AI-driven development on Snowflake across client engagements.
•    Own service delivery across client engagements by driving execution governance, delivery planning, risk management, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure commitments are met with high customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.

Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platform design.
•    Hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, PyTorch, Snowpark, and cloud data platforms.
•    Strong experience in data modernization, migration, governance, performance optimization, and enterprise architecture for client-facing delivery.
•    Proven experience enabling AI-driven development, ML workflows, and model lifecycle management on cloud data platforms, including production implementations with security guardrails and evaluation/review frameworks.
•    Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Other Requirements

Nice to Have
•    Master’s degree or advanced certification in data, cloud, AI, or intelligent platform engineering disciplines.
•    Experience with Snowflake on AWS, Azure, or GCP in large enterprise environments.
•    Knowledge of semantic data patterns, Snowflake governance features, intelligent application architectures, and frameworks for guardrails, response quality evaluation, and human review.
•    Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and DataOps/MLOps practices.
