Key Responsibilities
Support the design and development of new and existing mechanical systems and components
Conduct structured experiments and testing to evaluate system performance and material interactions
Analyze field data and subsystem performance to identify root causes and corrective actions
Support technical investigations, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain engineering documentation including specifications, test plans, and technical reports
Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and materials behavior
Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Proficiency with data analysis tools and laboratory instrumentation
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings clearly and effectively
