Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using React.Js And Related Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Quality Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In React.Js, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members And Stakeholders.
3. Lead Initiatives For Knowledge Upgradation, Integrating The Latest Technologies And Frameworks To Ensure Solutions Remain Current And Competitive.
4. Foster A Skilled Talent Pool In React.Js Through Conducting Interviews, Facilitating Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions For Client Organizations, Leveraging In-Depth Knowledge Of React.Js And Its Ecosystem.
6. Support Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Innovative Propositions, Including Building Collateral, Creating Whitepapers, And Conducting Market Trend Analyses.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Advocating Industry Best Practices Specific To React.Js And Related Technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Expertise In React.Js And Its Ecosystem, Including Redux And Related Libraries.
2. Strong Understanding Of Web Development Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript.
3. Proficiency In Server-Side Technologies, Notably Node.Js, To Support Full-Stack Development Needs.
4. Solid Experience With Restful Apis And Integration With Various Backend Services.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills With A Strong Emphasis On Quality And Performance Optimization.
6. Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members In Technical Skills And Industry Best Practices.

Other Requirements

1. Certification In React.Js Or Related Technologies Is Optional But Valuable.
