Job Summary

Job Title: Change Advisor Location: US Key Function: Design and deliver organizational change management solutions  that maximize user adoption and engagement, minimize impacts to business performance and accelerate benefits realization during and after ERP implementations. Key Objectives: To develop and execute comprehensive business change, training, transition, and post-implementation support strategies that inform, educate, and prepare impacted stakeholder groups to achieve transformation outcomes To co-create new ways of working with clients across the enterprise and drive their adoption To build change capacity within our client organizations To assist in the development of new KPIs and adoption measures To engage with business resources across all levels of client organizations to ensure that technical solutions address business needs and identified benefits can be realized Knowledge/Experience Required (Essential/Desirable): Experience leading change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs – from design through to implementation and review Prior leadership and/or delivery roles in all or many of the following areas: executive visioning, leadership alignment, business case design/validation, stakeholder engagement, process design/re-engineering, organization design, business role definition/rationalization, transition management, communications, end user education, and knowledge transfer Ability to operate as a member of (or interact with) the extended Program Management Office leadership team, Steering Committee, and C-level executives A strong desire to understand the business solution and inherent benefits to be delivered to the client Proven experience developing adoption metrics and KPIs Interest in practice development, methodology, and growing/mentoring others Ability to shape, estimate and sell change management solutions during business development activities and sales pu

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
6. To submit Whitepapers, participate in industry forums and file Patents
