The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing Sheet Metal Design, Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DFMA), and utilizing Creo/ProE. The primary focus will be on leading the design team and ensuring efficient and effective design processes to meet project objectives.

Very Good experience in onsite-offshore coordination Managing large assemblies and system layout using reference geometry In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, sheet metal forming & operations Develop conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling software packages (ProE/Creo, etc.) Proficient in 3D solid modeling using CAD, preferably ProE/Creo Understanding of materials and fabrication techniques for vacuum systems Be able to work in a multi-discipline and multi-culture global organization. Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on priority changes. Excellent writing skills and verbal communication Good knowledge of Engineering Materials in the design environment.
