Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager at HCL will be responsible for the overall program management, applying Agile methodology to drive successful project delivery. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and leading cross functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects
2. Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, facilitate scrum meetings, and drive continuous improvement
3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
5. Lead and mentor project managers and teams to enhance performance and meet project milestones
6. Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to senior management
7. Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the project teams
8. Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements in project execution
9. Continuously assess and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and delivery quality

Skill Requirements

1. Proven experience in program management with a focus on delivering complex projects
2. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodology and frameworks (scrum, kanban, etc.)
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
6. Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting
7. Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Other Requirements

1.Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are preferred
