Job Description – Senior Atlassian / Infrastructure Support EngineerPrimary SkillsAtlassian Tools Administration (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and other development applicationsAdvanced troubleshooting and log analysis skillsLinux AdministrationWindows Server AdministrationPostgreSQL Database KnowledgeVMware Administration and TroubleshootingRoles & ResponsibilitiesAdminister, maintain, and troubleshoot Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.Support other development applications and enterprise tools.Perform advanced troubleshooting using application, system, and infrastructure logs.Administer and support Linux and Windows server environments.Manage and troubleshoot PostgreSQL databases.Monitor and troubleshoot VMware virtual infrastructure issues.Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and environment maintenance.Prepare RCA documents and operational documentation.
