Job Summary
This role is responsible for conducting compliance assurance and independent quality assurance reviews, supporting the implementation of risk-based compliance plans, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The individual will monitor team performance, facilitate coaching based on assurance testing outcomes, and provide input for compliance reporting. They will foster a culture of compliance and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct assurance reviews using quality audit and risk compliance tools to evaluate adherence to internal and client-specific standards, including scoping, fieldwork, sampling, and reporting.
2. Identify training needs through compliance testing and collaborate with team members to recommend remedial actions that address detected issues.
3. Support the preparation of compliance reports by analyzing trends and root causes using audit findings and risk monitoring data.
4. Guide team members in assessing casework against established compliance frameworks and controls to ensure effective customer outcomes.
5. Monitor team performance against quality targets through audit tools, ensuring right-first-time delivery and compliance with process requirements.
6. Participate in calibration audits utilizing compliance monitoring tools and provide feedback to enhance audit consistency and effectiveness.
7. Maintain process adherence by tracking attendance, login hours, and unscheduled leave, and address team concerns through regular updates and reviews.
8. Contribute to the retention of team members by supporting engagement and motivation initiatives within the team.
